一.寧波國際銀行離岸業(yè)務(wù)
離岸銀行業(yè)務(wù)是指銀行吸收非居民的資金，服務(wù)于非居民的金融活動。"非居民"是指在中國大陸以外(包括港、澳、臺地區(qū))的自然人、法人(包括在境外注冊的中國境外企業(yè))、政府機(jī)構(gòu)、國際組織及其他經(jīng)濟(jì)組織，以及中資金融機(jī)構(gòu)的海外分支機(jī)構(gòu)，但不包括境內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)的境外代表機(jī)構(gòu)和辦事機(jī)構(gòu)。

二.開立離岸帳戶所需資料
所有的非中國居民，包括中國境外注冊的公司、企業(yè)、工廠、團(tuán)體、銀行、存款公司和組織、個人等均可以在我行開立離岸帳戶。
根據(jù)注冊所在地及組織形式的不同，開立離岸業(yè)務(wù)所需的資料可能有所不同。有限公司開戶時，應(yīng)提供下列文件：
1.香港注冊的有限公司,應(yīng)提供：
(1)經(jīng)證實(shí)的商業(yè)登記證復(fù)印件
(2)經(jīng)證實(shí)的公司注冊證明書復(fù)印件
(3)最近一期的周年申報(bào)表
(4)經(jīng)證實(shí)的公司組織大綱及章程副本
(5)董事會決議(二個以上股東)或授權(quán)委托書(一個股東)
(6)各董事身份證或護(hù)照復(fù)印件
(7)銀行開戶申請書
(8)印鑒卡(一式五份)

2.澳洲、新加坡、英國注冊的有限公司提供:
(1)公司注冊證明書認(rèn)證副本
(2)公司章程及組織大綱副本
(3)經(jīng)認(rèn)證的董事及公司秘書資料報(bào)表
(4)董事會決議(二個以上股東)或授權(quán)委托書(一個股東)

3.BVI公司，應(yīng)提供：
(1)公司注冊證明書認(rèn)證副本

5.獨(dú)資企業(yè),應(yīng)提供下列文件：

三.離岸業(yè)務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍

我行為客戶提供包括美元、港幣、歐元、日元等可自由兌換貨幣存款服務(wù)。
基于離岸帳戶的特點(diǎn)，目前離岸業(yè)務(wù)不經(jīng)營人民幣，對非居民法人不可以提現(xiàn)、結(jié)匯，現(xiàn)鈔不能轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)匯。非居民自然人可以提現(xiàn)鈔并可以結(jié)匯。
我行為客戶提供全方位的離岸國際結(jié)算服務(wù)，包括電匯、跟單托收、進(jìn)口開證、出口信用證、遠(yuǎn)期信用證買斷(福費(fèi)延)。

四.BIN離岸帳戶業(yè)務(wù)的特色
(1)由于BIN是外資銀行總行，只要客戶提交開戶所需的資料，在一個工作日之內(nèi)可以完成開戶手續(xù)并啟用帳戶；
(2)BIN目前對離岸帳戶免收帳戶管理費(fèi)；
(3)在每筆資金到帳后，銀行將立即以電話、E-mail、或其他客戶要求的方式通知客戶；
