此費(fèi)用包括在商標(biāo)注冊(cè)署進(jìn)行商標(biāo)查詢﹑分析和報(bào)告查詢結(jié)果以及提供建議。

Ⅱ. FILING OF APPLICATION (for one trademark one class) 申請(qǐng) 費(fèi)用 $3,800 $494

(Fees consists of preparing and handling of the required Power of Attorney Document, instructing our associate/agent to filing the application and reporting the status of filing particulars, acceptance and advertisement of the application (for opposition purposes),publication and registration fees, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.)
Validity: TEN (10)years.
此費(fèi)用包括準(zhǔn)備和處理必需的授權(quán)書文件、協(xié)助申請(qǐng)人選擇申請(qǐng)類別、準(zhǔn)備和提交申請(qǐng)、繳付官方費(fèi)用以及報(bào)告申請(qǐng)資料、報(bào)告公告的許可通知、辦理公告事宜、報(bào)告獲準(zhǔn)注冊(cè)通知、領(lǐng)取及寄上注冊(cè)證書以及繳付官方費(fèi)用。
Validity : TEN (10) years 有效期為十年。

Ⅲ .MISC. ( Additional Service Charges 額外服務(wù))

a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments申辯費(fèi)用

B． Procedure for applying trade mark registration 商標(biāo)注冊(cè)申請(qǐng)的程序
Ⅰ.A word, logo or both, which is distinctive, can be applied for trademark registration.
任何具顯著性的文字﹑圖案或文字加圖案的標(biāo)記均可申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)。

Ⅱ. An availability search is usually recommended to find out whether there is any similar or identical filed/registered marks which may bar your application. After the search, the filing of the mark will be applied in the specified class with up to 10 designed goods or services. There are totally 45 classes. The fees for trademark application is for 10 years and the trademark could be renewed every 10 years.
申請(qǐng)前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同并對(duì)申請(qǐng)有影響的已申請(qǐng)/注冊(cè)的商標(biāo)。查詢后再分類為最多十項(xiàng)指定物品或服務(wù)，總共有45類。費(fèi)用為有效期十年。之后可在到期日或之前，續(xù)期十年。

Ⅲ. After the filing of the application, the Registry will examine the mark in the application. If the application fulfills the requirement, then the application will be granted by the examiner and the Registry will require the applicant to advertise the trademark. If no opposition to the application is filed in 3 months time, the Registry will grant the application and issue the certificate. The time span from filing to obtaining a trademark will normally take approximately 14-18 months.
提交申請(qǐng)后，商標(biāo)注冊(cè)署審查員會(huì)對(duì)申請(qǐng)作出審查。如申請(qǐng)合乎商標(biāo)法條例及沒有抵觸其他注冊(cè)或已申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)的商標(biāo)，注冊(cè)署會(huì)發(fā)出公告許可證及列明商標(biāo)獲準(zhǔn)注冊(cè)所須遵辦的條件。如在公告日期起計(jì)之3個(gè)月內(nèi)沒有人提出反對(duì)，申請(qǐng)人將于14至18個(gè)月后便可申領(lǐng)注冊(cè)證書。
